Hosted Email Maintenance

Rackspace Hosted Email will be performing maintenance from Wednesday, October 9, 2024 to Sunday, November 3, 2024 that could impact Webmail search functionality for customers utilizing the Webmail feature. On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 the first maintenance will begin at 08:00 PM CST and take 3 hours. From October 10th through November 3rd, 2024 the maintenance will begin daily at 06:30 AM CST and is planned to take 6 hours each day. During the maintenance windows search performance may be degraded or unavailable for some Webmail users.

Mobile Sync

We are working to fix an issue preventing Mobile Sync users from sending emails on their mobile devices. As a temporary solution, you can set up your mailbox using IMAP.
